Our return policy lasts for 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
*Not eligible for return:
- Obvious signs of use.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for return.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for return.
Refunds (if applicable): Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to confirm you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at lanorahair@gmail.com.
Sale items (if applicable): Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale or discounted items and FINAL sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at lanorahair@gmail.com and ship your item to: Unit D29, 260300 Writing Creek Cres. Rockyview County, AB T4A 0X8 Canada.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
